Your satisfaction is our number one goal. We will work with you until you get exactly what you love while providing the highest level of care through every step of the process. Below is an overview of our design process:
Before meeting with us in person (for clients in the Louisville area), by phone or skype, determine the quantity needed or general size of your guest list and finalize your stationery budget.
The Mimik team will meet with you to capture specific information for your paper goods to begin the design process, capture all specific information to be included on your paper goods, and confirm your preferred color and style options. A stationery suite is more than just the invitation. This is when we get to talk about what you need and explore a variety of options!
After our consultation you will receive a formal proposal with pricing and stationery details. At the time of signing your contract, you will also submit payment and verbiage to be included on your paper goods.
4. RECEIVE YOUR PROOF
Once we have received payment and the completed verbiage, we will start designing your stationery and will send you a digital proof within 5-7 business days. Your proof will be emailed via our project management program, Basecamp for final approval.
5. APPROVE YOUR PROOF
If your proof is accurate, we will outline the appropriate steps for you to approve the proof. We will make every effort to correct any changes you may request as quickly as possible and send it back to you until approved. Once approved, your order will move into production.
If you included addressing with your order, we will follow-up with you about the correct format and deadline to submit your address list. If the lists are not accurately formatted, we will request that you re-submit them. We will not be held responsible for delays caused from address lists being incomplete or submitted late.
7. WAIT FOR YOUR FINISHED PRODUCT
Once your paper goods are produced, we review it and make sure its perfect! Your order is then packed and shipped to your doorstep. You should receive your items in the mail within 3-6 weeks from when your order is moved into production. Production time depends on the printing method you’ve selected. We will keep you updated on shipping and tracking information.
Your package will be delivered with each item protected and wrapped. Any add-ons will be included in a separate wrapping as well. We offer assembly and shipping services if you wish for our team to put your purchases together for you. Otherwise, we will include one or two samples for you to know how to package each invitation.
